典型的神経性食欲不振症と非典型的神経性食欲不振症について

　DSV-Ⅳの神経性食欲不振症(AN)の診断基準すべてを満たす典型的AN(tAN)141名，月経を有する非典型的AN(aANX)53名とやせ願望の不明確な非典型的AN(aANY)225名について，それぞれ制限型とむちゃ食い/排出型に分類した後，臨床背景と自記式調査用紙の摂食障害評価票(EDI)と摂食態度検査(EAT)の結果を比較した。aANXはtANに比し体格指数(BMI)が大きかったが，EDIの1～2項目とEATのスコアが小さかった。aANYはtANに比しEDIの4～6項目とEATのスコアが小さかったが，BMIに差はなかった。これらの結果は，ANの診断基準を緩めてaANXやaANYをANに含めてよいことを示唆する。
