統合失調症と睡眠障害

はじめに

　統合失調症の発病や再発に際しては，ほとんどの症例において睡眠障害がみられる。ところで，睡眠ポリグラフ(PSG)検査を用いた睡眠障害に関する報告は必ずしも一致していないものの，入眠潜時の延長，睡眠の維持障害，徐波睡眠の減少，浅睡眠の増加，レム睡眠潜時の短縮などがみられる^1,2,10,14)。しかし，統合失調症でも急性期か慢性期かによって所見も異なるため，状態像を明確に把握したうえでPSG検査を行うことが重要である。また，最近統合失調症の治療には非定型抗精神病薬が使用されることが多いが，これら薬剤の睡眠への影響も明らかにはされていない。そこで我々は，統合失調症の未治療患者の急性期における睡眠障害の特徴および非定型抗精神病薬であるリスペリドン液(RIS-OS)の睡眠に及ぼす影響について検討した。
