SSRIによる中断症候群の臨床解析―3剤間比較

抄録

　当院通院中のparoxietine(P)，fluvoxamine(F)，sertraline(S)を投与した全患者を対象とし，中断症候群の出現率などを解析した。患者数はP群252例，F群192例，S群199例であり，中断症候群出現例は23例で，うち20例は患者の自己中断で生じていた。SSRI別の出現例はP群17例，F群2例，S群4例であり，P群が他の2剤に対して有意に出現率が高かった。また，P群に10mgずつの減量で出現した症例が3例あった。また，1度中断症候群を起こした症例は再び起こしやすく，paroxietineの減量の際には，症例によっては5mgずつの減量の必要性があると考えられた。
