日本語版Suicide Intervention Response Inventory (SIRI)作成の試み

抄録

　Suicide Intervention Response Inventory (SIRI)の日本語版を作成した。SIRIにはSIRI-1とSIRI-2の2つの得点算出方法があり，エキスパートの評価を基準とするSIRI-2は改善の余地がある。そこで自殺念慮者・自殺未遂者への対応経験がある医療従事者36名のデータから日本語版ベースラインを作成し，修正版SIRI-2の計算式を確定した。そして，自殺対策相談支援研修の前後で参加者108名のスキルの変化をSIRI-1，原版SIRI-2，修正版SIRI-2の方法で測定し，各計算式の有効性を検討した。結果として，まずは原版SIRI-2の方法を採用することが望ましい。
