アンガーマネジメントを施行した思春期行為障害の2例

抄録

　今回我々は，個人療法でアンガーマネジメントを施行した思春期の行為障害の2症例を通して，薬物療法が補助的な治療であるか，もしくは効果不十分な例では，個人療法のアンガーマネジメントの併用が怒りに関連した問題行動に有効である可能性を示唆した。また，発達障害の併存が考えられる場合は，個人療法でも行動療法に重点を置いた治療が有効であると思われた。
