序論

 DSM-5改訂作業が始まって数年が経過しており,2010年2月9日に草案が公開された。これ以降,パブリックコメントの受け付けやフィールドトライアル,会議での検討が重ねられ,現在では公開当初と比較し,かなり改変された改訂案となっている。この最初の草稿の概要は日本でもすでに報告されており20),本稿では特に議論の多いパーソナリティ障害(PD)について,その後の動向を報告する。
