「肥満恐怖のない神経性食欲不振症」と「やせ願望の明らかでない神経性食欲不振症」

神経性食欲不振症(AN)の診断基準すべてを有する典型的AN(1群)200例，「肥満恐怖のないAN」(2群)86例，身体イメージ障害のないAN(3群)97例を対象に，精神病理の相違を検討した。摂食障害評価表(EDI)と摂食態度試験(EAT)で検討した精神病理は1群，3群，2群の順で高かった。EDIのやせ願望が7以下の「やせ願望の明らかでないAN」(低DT-AN)は2群全例に加えて，3群の大部分と1群の一部を含んでいた。次の2点を明らかにした。3つのAN群で臨床所見は類似するが，その精神病理が異なった。「肥満恐怖のないAN」は「やせ願望の明らかでないAN」の一部分で，両者を同一視して考察すべきでない。
