統合失調症患者の服薬意識尺度の開発

　近年，統合失調症患者のアドヒアランスの重要性を検討した研究は多いが，わが国で作成された服薬に対する主観的認知に関する評価尺度は非常に少ない。そこで本研究では，統合失調症患者の服薬に関する意識を測定する尺度の開発を試みた。対象者は，107名(男性70名，女性37名)，平均年齢36.71歳であり，関連文献を基に94項目の自記式調査票を作成した。探索的因子分析の結果，「服薬の効用」「副作用の懸念」「服薬中断の恐怖」の3項目が抽出され，最終的には13項目からなる服薬意識尺度が作成された。本尺度は簡便なばかりではなく尺度信頼性，妥当性ともに臨床的使用に十分耐えられるものであった。今後本尺度を用いた，統合失調症患者のアドヒアランスに関するさらなる研究を行う必要がある。
