一般中学生における自傷行為の経験および頻度と抑うつの関連―単一市内全校調査に基づく検討

抄録

　本研究では，一般中学生における自傷行為の経験および頻度と現在の抑うつの関連について検証した。東海地方近郊市のA市内全校調査によって，2,304名の中学生からデータを収集した。自傷行為の経験率は，「ピアス」が1.87％，「打つ自傷」が9.02％，「切る自傷」が3.95％であり，ピアスおよび切る自傷では女子が男子より有意に高い経験率を示した。いずれの自傷行為の経験についても，現在の抑うつと高い相関を示すこと，特に女子の打つ自傷，切る自傷においてその傾向が顕著であることが示された。また，自傷行為の頻度も現在の抑うつの程度と有意に関連することが示され，身体改造の一種であるピアスもその頻度が現在の抑うつと有意な相関を示すことが示唆された。
