自傷行為の改善にtopiramateの補助療法が有効であった自閉症の1例

はじめに

　自閉症は「言語発達の遅れ」，「コミュニケーション能力の障害」，「反復的で常同的な行動」を特徴とした広汎性発達障害である。自閉症に伴う自傷行為などの行動面での症状に対しては，環境調整や行動療法的なアプローチだけでは対応できず，薬物療法が必要となることが多い³⁾。Risperidoneに加えtopiramateの補助療法により自傷行為が改善した症例を経験したので報告する。なお，考察に支障のない範囲でプライバシー保護のため症例の内容を変更した。
