ミルタザピンへの置換後に，性機能障害が改善したうつ病の1例

はじめに

　Mirtazapineは，本邦でも2009年より上市され使用できるようになった抗うつ薬である。海外では，mirtazapineは性機能障害を起こしにくいということはすでによく知られているが^1,4)，本邦ではまだ具体的な症例報告はみられていない。今回我々は，他の薬剤で性機能障害が生じた症例にmirtazapineへの変更を行い，うつ症状を悪化させることなく性機能障害が改善した症例を経験したので報告する。なお，患者のプライバシーに考慮し，科学的考察には支障のない範囲で症例の内容を変更した。
