肥満恐怖や身体イメージ障害の明らかでない神経性食欲不振症の転帰調査

抄録

　初診後4～10年経過した典型的神経性食欲不振症(AN)45例，肥満恐怖の明らかでないAN(NFP-AN)25例および身体イメージ障害の明らかでないAN(NBID-AN)37例につき転帰調査を行い，その結果を比較した。典型的AN，NFP-AN，NBID-ANの転帰はそれぞれ，回復は14例，6例，18例，部分回復は11例，16例，13例，未回復は13例，2例，5例，死亡は7例，1例，1例であった。NBID-ANは典型的ANに比し転帰が良好であった。他の群間には，転帰に有意差はなかった。一施設からの後向き調査であるが，肥満恐怖や身体イメージ障害の明らかでないANの転帰調査をわが国で初めて報告した。
