ADHD治療薬の再チャレンジ

抄録

　注意欠如/多動性障害に対してアトモキセチンによる薬物療法を行った症例で，服薬中断前後で異なる反応が得られた2例を提示した。服薬中断の期間は10～11か月であった。2例中1例は，最初の服薬時には無効と判断されたが，服薬再開時は効果がみられた。残りの1例では，最初の服薬時には副作用のために服薬継続できなかったのに対し，服薬再開時には副作用は問題とならなかった。こうした薬物への反応の違いを，成長に伴う中枢神経系の変化という発達的視点から考察した。臨床的には，一度試みて期待した反応が得られなかった場合でも，中断期間をはさんで再度試みることにより異なる反応が得られる可能性を示唆した。
