精神科看護師がいだく入院患者の攻撃性への態度と対処手法への臨床姿勢の関連

抄録

　精神科患者の示す攻撃性，およびそれに対処する抑制手法への看護師の臨床的な認識を，「攻撃に対する態度尺度」(ATAS)と「抑制手法への臨床姿勢質問票」(ACMQ)を用いて，全国23病院の看護師による回答646件(有効回答率82.9％)から検討した。ATASの因子分析から，攻撃性をよくないものと捉えるネガティブ因子と治療の契機など前向きに捉えるポジティブ因子が明らかにされた。次に，ACMQの精神科集中治療，身体拘束などの制限性の強い手法がネガティブ因子と，タイムアウトなどの制限性の低い手法がポジティブ因子と正の相関を示した。攻撃性を共感的・前向きに捉える看護師は制限性の低い手法を好む傾向があった。
