患者および看護師が評価する精神科病棟の風土―エッセン精神科病棟風土評価スキーマ日本語版（EssenCES-JPN）を用いた検討

抄録

　エッセン精神科病棟風土評価スキーマ日本語版を用い，全国23病院（36病棟）に入院する患者からの回答151件（有効回答率32.3％）と看護師からの661件（同84.9％）の双方を対象として同時評価を行った。因子分析では3因子構造を示し，十分な内的一貫性が得られた。因子得点において，「安全性への実感」で看護師の評価が患者に比べ有意に低く，欧州の先行研究と比べても著しく低かった。また「患者間の仲間意識・相互サポート」は患者が優位に高評価し，「治療的な関心」の患者・看護師間の不一致は欧州に比べ小さかった。これらの要因として人員配置の違いが考慮され，本邦の精神科病棟風土に関する興味深い特徴が描出された。
