うつ病の社会認知

近年，多くの精神障害患者が，対人関係や社会生活上の問題を抱えていることから12)，対人関係や社会生活を円滑に行うために必要な能力(社会認知)に関心が寄せられている。すでに自閉スペクトラム症や統合失調症では特有の社会認知障害が確認され，その神経基盤に関しても明らかになってきている。うつ病も同様に対人関係や社会生活上の問題を抱えることが多いことから，抑うつ気分や意欲低下といったうつ病の主症状の問題だけではなく，社会認知の異常が存在する可能性が想定されるようになっている。本稿では，まず社会認知の概念の整理した上で，最近の研究の結果を中心に明らかになっているうつ病の社会認知，およびその神経基盤について概説する。
