原発性進行性失語症をとりまく現状と課題—家族会活動を通じて

抄録
　今回，当院通院中の原発性進行性失語症（primary progressive aphasia；PPA）の内訳と家族会活動について報告する。PPAの下位診断の割合はlogopenic型PPA，意味型PPA，非流暢/失文法型PPAの順に多く，logopenic型PPAは発症年齢に若年発症の傾向があった。家族会活動で，PPAに関する情報の不足と受診先の選定の困難さ，失語による社会的孤立とその支援の不足，専門の言語聴覚士の不足と確立された言語療法の欠如，薬物療法に関するエビデンス不足などの問題点が挙げられた。失語症状を言語の異なる欧米と比較する困難さもあり，本邦でのPPA研究の報告が待たれている。
