統合失調症における16項目の陰性症状評価(NSA-16)日本語版の信頼性と妥当性の検討

抄録
　陰性症状評価-16(NSA-16)の日本語版を作成し，その信頼性と妥当性を検討した。信頼性は，級内相関係数を用いて評価者内一貫性と評価者間一致性を検討した。その結果，評価者内一貫性，評価者間一致性ともに高い相関を示した。妥当性は，NSA-16と陽性・陰性症状評価尺度(PANSS)の陰性症状尺度との相関を検討し，同様に高い相関を示した。以上の結果より，NSA-16日本語版の信頼性と妥当性が示され，統合失調症の陰性症状の評価尺度として有用であると考えられた。
