食行動障害および摂食障害群患者の食行動異常について

　食行動障害および摂食障害(FED)群患者251例の食行動異常について，その定義と病型別の頻度を検討した。欧米の先行研究にならって，食行動異常(「摂食制限」，「過食」，「嘔吐」，「だらだら食い」，「チューイング」，「不規則な食事パターン」)の定義と評価法を検討した。その結果にもとづいて，半構造化面接により食行動異常を評価し，その出現頻度を病型別に算出した。「摂食制限」の定義は過食性障害(BED)と神経性過食症の鑑別上重要である。「だらだら食い」は，BEDの約半数に存在し，BEDの診断や重症度評価に注意を要する。食行動異常の定義と評価法の確立は，FED群，特にBEDの診断にとって重要である。
