摂食障害への早期介入の意義と対策

はじめに
　治療の開始が遅れることは摂食障害にも予後不良因子になる。しかし，神経性やせ症(anorexia nervosa；AN)では，やせによって得られる心理的メリットのために治療への抵抗が強く，重篤な身体状況になって初めて救急受診することも珍しくない。神経性過食症(bulimia nervosa；BN)患者は病識はあるが，過食と排出行為から得られる開放感ゆえに受診しない。また，DSMVで独立した疾患となった過食性障害(binge-eating disorder)や夜食症候群(night eating disorder)は難治性のメタボリック症候群として診療されている可能性がある。本稿では摂食障害における早期治療の必要性と対策について概説したい。
