うつ病と頭痛—病態生理および抗うつ薬の薬効からの考察

はじめに
　うつ病は，抑うつ気分，興味や喜びの喪失などの精神症状を主症状とするが，身体症状として頭痛を伴うことがある。その一方で，片頭痛や緊張型頭痛など一次性頭痛の患者が，うつ病に罹患したり，うつ状態を呈することも多い。
　またうつ病の治療過程で抗うつ薬によって頭痛が改善することもあれば，逆に副作用や中断症候群として頭痛が生じることもある。
　本稿では，これまでに得られている知見をもとに，うつ病と頭痛の関連性，抗うつ薬が頭痛に及ぼす影響について概説する。
