口唇傾向にmemantineが有効であった症例

抄録
　認知症においては，記憶障害などの中核症状よりも介護上周辺症状が問題となることが多い。その1つである，周囲のものを口に入れてしまう口唇傾向(oral tendency)は，誤嚥や腸閉塞の危険も高く，予防も困難であるため介護上の問題となる。今回口唇傾向を認めた患者に対してmemantineが有効であった症例を経験したため，これを報告する。症例は70歳台，男性。アルコール多飲，脳内出血後，脳梗塞後であり認知機能低下，疎通困難，介護への抵抗，口唇傾向を認めていた。介護者の指を噛むといった問題行動も頻回であったが，memantineを開始したところ，口唇傾向の減少が認められた。
