ネット依存の治療—最新の進歩

はじめに
インターネット(以下，ネット)の大量の情報を相互にやりとりすることが可能であり，この十数年で急速に一般に広まった。ネットが我々の生活に格段の利便性をもたらしたのは間違いないが，問題点や悪影響も徐々に注目されつつあり，ネット依存もその一つである。ネット依存は青少年世代を中心に広まりつつあり，2012〜2013年にかけて行われた全国の中高生約10万人対象の調査ではYoungによる診断質問票で5項目以上当てはまるインターネット依存疑いの人は，男子の6.4％，女子の9.9％であったと報告されている13)。そして青少年世代に特によく関わる家庭や教育機関では深刻な問題として捉えつつある。一方で依存という疾患性があることや発達障害や精神疾患を合併しやすい1,4,18,19)ことなどから，医療機関での対処が求められることもある。本稿ではネット依存の治療に関する知見を述べる。
