摂食障害の認知行動療法

はじめに
　摂食障害は，体重や体型，それらのコントロールに対する過度な価値付けのもと，食行動の乱れや過度なコントロールへの没頭を特徴とする精神障害である。DSM-5の診断基準では，神経性無食欲症（anorexia nervosa；AN），神経性過食症（bulimia nervosa；BN），過食性障害（binge eating disorder；BED）に主に大別される。本稿では，さまざまな摂食障害の治療法の中でも高いエビデンスレベルが認められているBNを対象とした認知行動療法（cognitive behavioral therapy；CBT）について記述し，また，近年英国のFairburnが提唱し現在普及の途上にある“CBT-E”（摂食障害に対する強化CBT）について紹介する。
