パフォーマンステストを用いた統合失調症の社会認知・メタ認知・表出行動の測定とその特徴について

抄録
　統合失調症の社会能力の評価尺度として新たに開発されたパフォーマンステストを用いて，その妥当性と統合失調症の社会的スキルの特性について検討した。対象は健常群20名，統合失調症群16名であった。パフォーマンステストや他の社会認知・メタ認知を評価する尺度を同時に実施し，統合失調症群と健常群とでパフォーマンステストの社会的な対人行動の状況把握，表出行動，その結果の評価のいずれも成績に有意差があった。メタ認知では統合失調症群で，一般的な事実認識の確信度の高さがパフォーマンステストの成績の低下と関連していた。因子分析では道具的スキルおよび親和的スキルの因子，状況把握，およびメタ認知の因子などが抽出された。
