アルコール依存症に対する減酒外来(Alcohol Harm Reduction Program：AHRP)の実践

はじめに
　2017年4月，久里浜医療センター(以下，当院)に減酒外来(Alcohol Harm Reduction Program：AHRP)を開設した。当外来は，アルコール依存症者を主なターゲットに，飲酒量を減らすことを目標としたサポートを行う。従来，アルコール依存症者に対しては断酒治療が治療方針の基本として提供されてきたが，減酒治療を加えることによってより治療の選択肢が広がり，アルコール依存症者が医療や相談により結びつきやすくなることを期待している。当院のようなアルコール依存症治療専門病院にて減酒の目標を前面に置いた外来治療の提供は，国内で他に例をみない。
