トラウマセンシティブスクール—全児童生徒の安心感を高めるアプローチ

抄録　本稿では学校教育領域のトラウマインフォームドアプローチであるトラウマセンシティブスクールが普及した背景とその実践内容について述べる。児童生徒，教職員，保護者にトラウマが影響を及ぼすことが理解されるようになり，児童生徒の問題行動への対応にはトラウマの視点からの理解が求められるようになった。児童生徒が安心感を持ち学習するための取り組みとしては，ポジティブ行動支援の多層支援，教職員研修，トリガーへの配慮，学校の行動期待の明確化，社会性と情動の学習，情報共有などがある。支援体制の枠組みとして多層支援が用いられているが，その中でも特に第一層目である学校全体に対するアプローチに力点を置くことで学校環境の安心感を高めることができる。
