小児期逆境体験の影響に関する疫学研究

抄録　小児期逆境体験(adverse childhood experiences：ACEs)は長期にわたって身体的・精神的健康に影響を与え，その影響は次の世代にまで及ぶことが分かっている。本稿では，ACEsが成人期に与える影響および世代間を越えて与える影響とそれらのメカニズムについて，国内外の疫学研究で明らかにされていることを紹介する。さらに，ACEsの疫学研究における限界点と臨床への応用についても論じる。ACEsの影響の大きさを考慮すると，早期にACEsを発見し支援していくことが必要だと考えられる。
