小児期逆境体験とこころの発達—発達精神病理学の近年の研究動向から

抄録　小児期の逆境要因について，医学領域では虐待的養育と家庭の機能不全に関する家庭内要因(intra-familial factors)に注目し，その加算的体験が成人期以降の広範囲な心身の健康リスクとなることを明らかにしてきた。一方，発達精神病理学の領域では，家庭外の要因(extra-familial factors)を加えて子どもが体験する逆境の総体を累積リスク(cumulative risk)として概念化し，認知・社会性・情緒発達への影響性を検討してきている。代表性の高いコホートデータを対象とした潜在クラス分析(latent class analysis)を用いた逆境体験の重複パターン抽出の試みや，逆境要因間の時系列的な関連性を問う経路研究が進展しつつあり，今後，いつ・どのような逆境体験が，どのような因果メカニズムで子どものこころの発達に影響するのかを探索する実証研究がさらに活性化することが期待される。
