精神疾患と怒り—怒りがみられやすい精神疾患とは

抄録　本稿では，DSM-5診断基準に準じ，“怒り”がみられやすい主な精神疾患について解説した。周知のごとく，“怒り”は人間にとって普遍的な感情の1つであり，多くの精神疾患においてみられる可能性がある。したがって，本稿では精神疾患の特徴的症状として“怒り”を呈する可能性が高い疾患について記載した。そのため便宜上，“怒り”がみられやすい精神疾患を，①DSM-5の診断基準に“怒り”に関連した項目が入っているもの，②児童・青年においてのみ，DSM-5診断基準に“怒り”に関連した項目が入っているもの，そして③DSM-5診断基準には“怒り”に関連した項目が入っていないものの，臨床上“怒り”がみられやすいもの，の3つに分けて解説した。その結果，それぞれの疾患数は，21，2，20で，合計43疾患が“怒り”がみられやすい精神疾患であった。本稿では，その中で，他稿で扱われない精神疾患について具体的に概説した。
