不安症の怒りに対応する

抄録　不安と怒りは従来から密接な関連を有していることが指摘されてきた。不安症の各疾患においても怒りや攻撃性との関連が指摘されており，不安や不安症と怒り・攻撃性には一定の関連があるとされている。
　不安症を含めた複数の併存診断がつくケースで怒りの表出がある場合は，うつ病や境界性パーソナリティ障害等の怒りとの関連の強い疾患に怒りが惹起しやすい原因を帰着させやすいが，不安症により怒り表出が起こりやすくなっている可能性もある。怒りの軽減を図りたい場合，パニック症や社交不安症であれば，認知行動療法の施行は有効である可能性があり，認知面にアプローチすることは怒りの軽減にさらに有用であるかもしれない。
　Sullivanは怒りを表出する人は何らかの不安を回避している可能性を示唆しており，怒りと不安あるいは不安症との関連に注目することは有用であると思われる。
