気分障害群

抄録　ICD-11に向けた気分障害群の改訂について，DSM-5と比較しながら検討した。双極Ⅰ型とⅡ型の区別，気分エピソードの特定用語の導入など，ICDがDSMに歩み寄った部分は多く，躁病・軽躁病エピソードや抑うつエピソードの診断基準でも，両者の差はより小さくなった。しかし一方で，混合エピソードはICD-10の基準がほぼ維持されており，重篤気分調節症は採用されず，抑うつエピソードの死別反応除外基準が明示されるなど，DSM-5で議論を呼んだ項目については保守的な態度をとろうとする傾向もみられた。
