強迫的性行動症

抄録　ICD-11で新たに追加されることになった「強迫的性行動症」は，かつての「過剰性欲」を行動や衝動の制御に焦点を移してとらえ直したものである。強烈で反復的な性的衝動の制御の失敗によって，望ましくない結果が生じているにもかかわらず，性行動が継続されている状態を指し，重大な苦悩や社会的問題を引き起こしているものをいう。その病因や態様は嗜癖性障害(アディクション)との類似が指摘されているが，エビデンスが不十分であるとして，嗜癖性障害のカテゴリーではなく，衝動制御の障害にリストアップされた。まだ研究が十分ではない部分が多いが，治療を求める人々にとっては，治療へのアクセスが高まり，社会的な偏見を是正する契機となる。
