認知機能障害の視点から

抄録　統合失調症の治療ゴールは，精神症状のコントロールにとどまらず，社会機能の回復を重視するリカバリーにある。しかし，現実にリカバリーに至る割合は低く，この状況を改善するには，社会機能と関係する要因を包括的に捉え，全体の関係性を明らかにした上で重点を置くべき治療プランを再考する必要がある。その意味で，神経認知機能は社会機能の決定要因として注目されてきたが，聴覚・視覚などの知覚の早期段階や社会認知といった他の能力を表す要因，および陰性症状，さらには自身の能力に否定的な非機能的信念といった心理的要因とも関係し，社会機能との関係が直接的とは限らない。したがって，神経認知機能に対する認知トレーニングについて，これらの要因との関係性を考慮に入れ，社会機能の向上に繋がる効率性の高い方法の開発が期待される。
