Dimensional Anhedonia Rating Scale(DARS)日本語版の作成と信頼性・妥当性の検討

抄録　本研究では，Dimensional Anhedonia Rating Scale(DARS)の日本語版を作成し，その信頼性と妥当性を検討した。研究協力者は，597名(男性259名，女性338名，平均年齢30.95歳，SD＝14.03)であった。主成分分析の結果，DARS日本語版は，「娯楽・趣味」，「食べ物・飲み物」，「社会的活動」，「感覚体験」の4主成分，17項目から構成される尺度となった。DARS日本語版の内的一貫性，再検査信頼性は十分にあった。また，妥当性の検討では，DARS日本語版の構成概念妥当性および基準関連妥当性が示された。したがって，DARS日本語版は，アンヘドニアの尺度として有用性があると考えられた。
