主体感の認知神経機構

抄録 私たちは能動的に身体を動かして行為をするとき「私が行為の主体だ」という実感を得ることができる。この主体感は日常的な主観経験だが,その異常が精神疾患と関連し得ることから,不可欠な心的機能の一つである。主体感は,主観指標のほか,能動的行為に特有の時間知覚バイアス量を潜在指標として実験心理学的に研究されてきた。本稿では,行動実験と脳画像・脳刺激法から明らかになってきた主体感の認知神経機構を概説する。主体感は,脳内の感覚運動系による予測的機能や,外界の事象を因果的に自己帰属するような推論から生成される。さらに他者との関係性といった社会的要因,行為の結果の良し悪しといった感情的要因の影響も受ける。こうした複数の要因に基づく主体感が頭頂部・前頭部・島皮質などの複数の脳領域と関連することが明らかにされてきた。
