統合失調症の基本的障害の抽出—主体性の表れとしての眼球運動を用いて

抄録　対象物を見るときの注視点の動き(探索眼球運動)を分析し，被検者の主体的な態度を調べた。標的図を呈示し，再生図を描いてもらった(1回目)。その後標的図と，一部異なる図2枚と合わせて3枚の図を呈示し，標的図との異同を質問し，最後に念押しの質問をして，2回目の再生図を描いてもらった。記銘課題時，再認課題時，念押し課題時の注視点の動きを分析した結果，念押し課題時の注視点の動き(反応的探索スコア)が統合失調症と非統合失調症の間で最も差が大きく，最も強い主体性を表していた。また，1回目と2回目の再生図を比較すると，統合失調症では，主体性の障害があって再生図は拙劣であるが，再認課題と念押し課題の手掛かりによって2回目の再生図が改善したと推測した。これらの結果を用いて，日常臨床におけるさまざまな現象について論じた
