抄録 心的外傷後ストレス障害と不安障害群は,過度で持続的な恐怖・不安および回避行動を臨床的特徴として共有し,その多くでストレス・恐怖処理にかかわる神経回路障害が認められる。さらに,これらの障害群は,恐怖条件づけの獲得亢進,般化,および消去不全により特徴付けられる,情動記憶機能障害を有する一群と考えられる。高照度光照射は,海馬依存的学習のみならず,恐怖条件づけを含む扁桃体依存的学習にも影響することが動物・ヒト研究で明らかにされ,恐怖・不安関連病態における高照度光療法の臨床応用が期待される。その際,抗うつ効果を目的とする静的な光照射と対照的に,標的学習過程と同期させる動的な光照射の有用性が示唆される。
