成人・高齢者の発達障害に対する治療はどのようにあるべきか—注意欠如・多動症(ADHD)を中心に

抄録　成人・高齢者の発達障害に対する治療論はまだエビデンスに乏しく，これからの課題である。しかし，発達障害概念が広まり，小児期から発達障害が認識されていた患者が，加齢によって変化していく様態が次第に明らかになっている。また，認知症臨床の中で，発達障害が見出されることも少なくない。認知機能障害のメカニズムや，神経病理においては，発達障害と認知症は共通する部分があり，双方から検討していくことは，病態解析，鑑別診断，治療上重要である。現在，一部に共通の治療薬の可能性も見出されつつある。臨床現場での成人・高齢発達障害症例は，環境調整や，認知行動療法により薬物療法以外の側面でも治療可能性があり，多面的なアプローチが望まれる。
