Lithium carbonate内服による急性リチウム中毒で舌痛を伴う味覚障害が生じた1例

抄録　Lithium carbonateは双極性障害において抑うつ症状と躁症状の両方に効果的であり，双極性障害における第一選択の治療薬であり続けてきた。代表的な副作用としては手足の振戦や腎機能低下，甲状腺機能低下などがある。今回，双極性障害でlithium carbonate内服中の50代女性において急性リチウム中毒の症状として舌痛を伴った味覚障害が生じた症例を経験したので報告する。急性リチウム中毒の症状として舌痛を伴った味覚障害が生じた症例報告は今回が初である。本症例では舌痛・味覚障害のために食欲不振になりQOLが著しく低下した。そのためlithium carbonate内服患者が舌痛・味覚障害を訴えている場合は急性リチウム中毒の症状である可能性も考慮した上で治療にあたらなければならない。
