アスリートのメンタルヘルスリテラシー教育プログラムに関するナラティブレビュー

抄録　本研究では，アスリートやその周囲のスタッフへのメンタルヘルスリテラシー(MHL)教育に関する文献研究を実施し，その内容および効果を記述するとともに，海外ですでに全国的規模で実施されているアスリートのメンタルヘルス対策について検討した。プログラムは，精神疾患に関する知識向上，援助希求あるいは援助行動の促進を目的に行われ，いずれも効果が示されていた。オーストラリアフットボール協会は，アスリートへのメンタルヘルス教育，アスリートによるメンタルヘルスに関する情報発信を実施していた。今後の課題は，MHL教育効果の持続性，波及効果を明らかにすること，アスリートによるアンチスティグマ活動の可能性の検討である。
