CANMAT and ISBD 2018 guidelines for the management of patients with bipolar disorder

ガイドラインのポイント
　・双極性障害という多様で複雑な疾患について，有効性，安全性，忍容性に関する膨大なエビデンスをまとめ，臨床医に対して明確で分かりやすい推奨事項を提案することを目的として作成された。
　・各治療薬のエビデンスは，レベル1から4までに分類され，最終的な推奨レベルを，それらのエビデンスレベルと安全性および治療に関連した気分スイッチのリスクより，第一選択薬，第二選択薬，第三選択薬，推奨されない治療薬として示している。
　・多くの患者で維持療法が必要となることより，急性期の治療薬を選択する際に，維持療法での有効性と安全性を考慮すべきであるとしている。
