ガイドラインのポイント
　・米国心理学会によるガイドラインであり，多くの心理療法を検証している。また薬物療法についての評価も行っている。
　・ガイドラインを作成する手法に注意を払っており，総合的，実証的で透明性が高く，厳密である。一方大部で分かりにくい。
　・成人のPTSD治療についてのガイドラインである。
