成人期発達障害の鑑別と合併診断—統合失調症，ARMSを中心に

抄録　自閉スペクトラム症(ASD)と統合失調症は以前からその鑑別，併存を巡って議論が続けられてきた。特にASDと統合失調症の誤診に関しては，発達障害概念の変化とともにあらためて見直されている。症候学的検討や病歴の再確認のみならず，生物学的な所見も参考になるが，現状では生活歴の見直しを含めた縦断的な評価と，横断的な評価のバランスが重要と考える。ARMSもASDの二次障害と同様，多様な病状を呈する診断概念であり，直接的な比較研究などはまだ乏しいため，今後研究や検討が望まれる。
