長期寛解後に再発した回避・制限性食物摂取症の1例

抄録　回避・制限性食物摂取症(avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder：ARFID)はDSM-5およびICD-11において新設された診断分類である。ARFIDは，食への関心の低下，食物の感覚的特徴に基づく回避や食後生じる嫌悪すべき結果への不安により，有意の体重減少，有意の栄養不足を来す障害である。今回，7年という長期寛解後に2度目の再発を来したARFID症例を経験した。ARFIDは，長期寛解後であっても，就職や結婚などの社会的役割の変化が大きい青年期においては再発可能性を念頭にしたフォローが必要と考えた。
