COVID-19にアルコール離脱が重畳した1例

文献概要

抄録　COVID-19流行下における自粛生活中に飲酒量が増えていたアルコール使用障害の40代女性が，家庭内感染によりCOVID-19を発症した。ホテル療養の指示に伴う急激な飲酒の中止により，せん妄を伴うアルコール離脱が生じ，精神科病院の身体合併症病棟へ入院した。せん妄状態は激しく，治療協力が得られなかったため，感染防護が困難となった。
