パチンコ・パチスロ遊技障害レベルの重度化に伴うストレス解消行動の推移

抄録　PPDS(パチンコ・パチスロ遊技障害尺度)得点の増加，すなわち遊技障害レベルの重度化に伴う20項目のストレス解消行動の利用頻度の推移を調査した。そしてそれを基に代替行動としての効果を検討した。有意に増加した行動はスマートフォン・ネット閲覧およびゲームであった。また実数としては，テレビが最多であった。これら3つの行動はギャンブルと同質の「即効性」を有するため，並存が容易であり，代替行動の候補になり得る。反面，これらは嗜癖化リスクが高いので，過剰利用に陥らないための工夫を必要とする。一方，有意に減少した行動は家族団らんおよび運動であった。これらは安全性の高い行動であるため，逆に利用を促進するための工夫を要する。
