抄録 人間は仕事のストレスなどの心理的ストレッサーのみによってメンタルヘルスの問題を生じるわけではなく,睡眠や食生活をはじめとする生活習慣もまた影響する。睡眠・生活習慣の問題はジョブストレスにおける心身のストレス反応と強く関連するのみならず,不調による労働生産性の低下であるプレゼンティーイズムをも引き起こす。睡眠・生活習慣はセルフケアが可能な要素でもあり,職域において,ただちに職務環境を変革できないような場合であっても,個人の裁量によって改善できる重要な因子であると考えられる。
