遺族の精神心理的苦痛に対する非薬物療法のエビデンス—精神保健専門家が実施する遺族ケアプログラム

抄録　本稿では，2022年に日本サイコオンコロジー学会と日本がんサポーティブケア学会が編集し出版された『遺族ケアガイドライン』の中で，遺族の精神心理的苦痛に対する非薬物療法のエビデンスとして採用された国外の研究を紹介する。また，その中から精神保健専門家が実施する遺族ケアプログラムを10件選び，それらで採用された理論や方法についての概要を紹介する。遺族ケアプログラムとしては，死別後の対処行動の学習，反芻や回避の軽減を促す曝露などの支援，行動活性化を含めたセルフケア支援，メタ認知的信念の修正，実存的行動療法，意味再構成に基づいた介入といった行動や認知を標的としたものが多く含まれた。
