双極性障害の家族支援を考える

抄録　双極性障害の治療には，家族の治療参加が重要である。他方で，家族は患者の対応や自身の不安や不調などに困難を感じている場合が多く，家族自身を支援していく方法も検討していくことが重要である。本稿では家族焦点化療法のプログラムについて，患者自身の治療という位置付けだけでなく家族支援と捉えた時にどのように活かしていくことができるのか，マニュアルや先行研究を参考に考察する。家族焦点化療法のプログラムはモジュールとして挙げられているコミュニケーション訓練や問題解決の手法のみならず，トラウマ対応や危機管理マネジメント，ピアサポートに関しても包括的に言及されており，その情報も家族の支援として役立てることができると考えられる。
